Karma Yog-3 : “S” is the starting point for self-empowerment.
We are usually caged in one of the two boxes: first is the “R box”; which stands for Raag – attachment, likes, and success, and second is the “D box” which stands for Dwesh – Aversion, dislikes, and failures…
When we are in the D box, we want to immediately go out of it and somehow get into the R box and want to stay there permanently, though we know it’s impossible…

So, for anyone interested in real growth, “S” is the starting point…
For worldly Success (which we all need), “S” stands for…
S = Stability of mind to be able to efficiently focus. S also stands for ‘Self’ as in self of self-empowerment, self-improvement, and self-development.
For higher growth or spiritual growth journey, “S” stands for…
S = Sthirta, Sambhaav, Samatva, Sthit Pragyata, Samaadhi….
If one observes, being objective about success and failure is a must; otherwise, at times success will corrupt one’s head and failure may wreck one’s head. Both cases are not healthy… so even for this worldly growth, being at the point “S” is needed, and for spiritual growth, it’s inevitable.
About coming to point “S”, wise will see the value and needs no motivational talking, and people otherwise are too happy to be mechanically jumping from D box to R box and back to D box… again for them motivational talks are not needed as they will not listen…
So on this topic of a starting point for overall success, what is now needed is “How” to tame the horse (mind) and how to reach point “S”…
That would be the next page…
